The joint annual Christmas Carols and Dinner of St. Johns College, Jaffna (OBA SSL) and Chundikuli Girls’ College PPA, is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 11^th December 2019, at St. Paul’s Church, Milagiriya, Colombo 04 from 5.30pm on wards. 

The Carol Service will commence at 5.30pm.

113th Annual General Meeting

Warm Greetings from St.John’s College, Jaffna OBA (South Sri Lanka).

         113th Annual General Meeting Fixed for 10.08.2019 (Saturday)

It is once again time for us to meet and greet fellow Johnians and to elect a new bunch of  Ex-Co Members for 2019/2020 to take forward the activities of the OBA-SSL.

The day’s programme commences at 5.00 pm with Thanks Giving Service at Holy Trinity Church, No 21, St Lawrence Road, Wellawatte, Colombo 06. On completion of the service the 113th Annual General Meeting will commence at the Mirage Hotel, 61 (Moor’s Road End ) Marine Drive, Wellawatte, Colombo 06 at 7.00 pm.

The Dinner Tickets are priced at Rs.3,000/= and are available with the under-mentioned members whose contact numbers are stated against their names. In order to encourage a large turnout for this event we have decided to extend the sale of tickets up-to 07.08.2019. Since limited number of tickets available, please ensure you purchase your ticket on or before 07.08.2019 as no sale of tickets will be take place after 07.08.2019. Tickets for Campus Students are priced at Rs. 2,500/=

St John's College OBA South Srilanka Vs Central College OBA Colombo Friendly Cricket Match 2019

Dear Johnians,

Its' that time of the year Johnians like many others in the Island get together to witness their Big match - Ours is the " Battle of the North".

We go one step further as Old Boys of 2 of the oldest school's in the Country and play a game of Cricket. A friendly encounter.

Come join us ‪on Sunday, 17th March 2019 at 10:00Hrs @ Torrington Flat Grounds, Housing Scheme Road, Colombo 05.

Its a Social event, where we get to meet fellow Johnians and Centralites.

Lunch and Drinks will be served at a nominal cost of Rs.500/= per head.
